Re: Stock + Sonya Ballantyne

Sonya is a creative focused on Indigenous women and girls in non-traditional film genres from the Misipawistik Cree Nation. Her collection showcases Native joy in scenes from every day life.

Her collection of footage was filmed on Treaty One territory: the home of the Cree, the Ojibway, the Oji-Cree, the Dakota, the Dene and the Métis Nations.
